Want to check out the view from a balcony that doesn’t exist yet? Developers are increasingly using pre-visualization apps to take future residents on immersive 3D walk through tours of units before they even break ground. CoperOptics teamed up with Studio216 to create panoramas to complete the virtual experience. Strap on a pair of Occulus Rift virtual reality goggles, “walk” up to the window, take a look outside, and what will you see?
